By accessing our website and/or purchasing a product, the customer will broadly and definitively agree with all terms, clauses and conditions of the Terms and Conditions of Use of the website www.anatinelli.com.br, belonging to Ana Design Comércio de Joias LTDA-EPP (Ana Tinelli Joias), owner and responsible for the administration of the website and respective brand, which requests customers, before expressing their agreement and purchasing some of our products, to carefully read these Terms and Conditions of Use.
If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions of Use of the website, the customer must not use our website or purchase any product offered.
These Terms and Conditions of Use do not apply to third-party websites, even if they are connected to or have been accessed, in any way, through this website.
Ana Tinelli Joias reserves the right to change, at any time, these Terms and Conditions of Use to reflect changes to the website www.anatinelli.com.br, commercial policies and practices, technological advances, changes in law or regulatory standards and good commercial practices. If Ana Tinelli Joias changes these Terms and Conditions of Use, an updated version will reflect these changes. PURCHASING POLICY


When placing an order, the customer will receive an email confirming the request, from which we will check the availability of the product in stock and confirm the granting of credit. Once the availability of the product is confirmed and the granting of credit is approved, a purchase confirmation email will be sent within up to 3 business days.
The customer is fully responsible for the veracity of the information provided to purchase the products and guarantees that all data and information provided is their property and/or has obtained express authorization from the owner to use this data.
Pricing Policy and Payment Terms
Payment will only be accepted if made through the company PagSeguro, in accordance with the terms and conditions applied by it.
We reserve the right to modify the products offered and their prices and payment conditions at any time, without prior notice. The prices and payment conditions presented on the website are exclusive to purchases made through our online store.


Availability
Sales through the website are subject to the availability of products in stock. Products are available for purchase up to the limit of existing stock, which will be checked upon receipt of the order.
If, in a rare circumstance, the selected product becomes unavailable after receiving your order, we will contact you via email or telephone, offering the opportunity to replace it with another product or cancel the order.


Purchase Confirmation
After receiving the purchase confirmation email, it cannot be modified or cancelled.


Product View on the Website
We try to reproduce the products on the website in the best possible way, so that the customer understands exactly what the pieces look like when viewing the photos and reading the respective descriptions.
Although we make every effort to ensure the fidelity of color, size and design of our products in the photographs presented on the website, small variations may occur, due to technological issues such as, for example, the difference in display from one monitor to another. Therefore, we are not responsible for any errors in interpretation or lack of accuracy in the photographs or graphic representations of our products presented on the website.

 

DELIVERY POLICY


To maintain the security of each transaction, registration and delivery data for all orders on this website will be analyzed. It is essential that all data is correctly filled in and that at least one contact telephone number is provided in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Region
We deliver throughout Brazil.
Delivery Method
We deliver by post, via Sedex or PAC. In the city of São Paulo, we also deliver by courier.
Term
Payment made by PagSeguro can be made by credit card or bank slip. Purchases made with a credit card will be authorized within up to two business days and purchases made with a bank slip will be authorized within up to three business days, always in accordance with the conditions of the companies responsible for administering the payment.
After checking registration data, delivery address, availability and payment confirmation, the product will be released for shipping, packaged and posted the next business day.
The delivery time for the product will follow the deadline determined when issuing the order, starting from the date of posting. All deadlines related to delivery, including in cases of strike, retention by the local inspection of each state, or other situations beyond our control, are the sole responsibility of Correios.
Cost of freight
The shipping price will follow the Post Office table for Sedex or PAC, considering distance, weight and volume of the order. The cost of shipping by courier, in the city of São Paulo, will follow the couriers' table in force.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY


Aiming to provide the best service to our customers and following the standards described by the Consumer Protection Code, we have established an Exchanges and Returns Policy. These purchase conditions make up the adhesion contracting clauses, to which the consumer must declare their awareness and consent before making the purchase and, in addition, use it in full agreement with the rules of these Terms and Conditions.

Exchange or Return due to Product Defect

The exchange or return may be made within thirty calendar days, counting from receipt of the product, and the following conditions must be respected:
– Any returned product must be in exactly the same condition as it was delivered: without any evidence of use or intervention that would result in depreciation of the piece, accompanied by label, packaging, warranty certificate and invoice.
– The product must be packaged in the same conditions in which it was sent, packed in the original packaging of each piece (box or fabric bag), with the same special protection items, if any, such as tissue paper, bubble wrap etc., which in some cases serve to protect more delicate parts.
– The product must be accompanied by the invoice. We are not responsible for products returned without a receipt. If the invoice has been lost, we ask that the customer contact us, by email, before packaging the product, so that we can send the second copy of the invoice in time to be included in the packaging of the returned product.
If the product meets the conditions above, the customer must contact us via email, requesting collection of the product from the delivery address.


We will request collection and contact you via email within three business days, counting from receipt of the product at our address.
In case of approval of the exchange or return due to defect, we will send a new product equal to the one that was returned, without extra shipping costs, or we will refund the amount paid by the customer relating to the original purchase, in the same form of payment, in accordance with the conditions established by partner companies.
If there is no similar product available in stock, we will contact you via email to present alternatives, such as other similar products or a refund of the amount paid.

If the exchange or return is not approved, upon verification of the absence of defect or receipt of a product outside the conditions mentioned above, we will send the original product back to the customer.
This type of exchange or return is only valid for purchases made through our online store.

Exchange due to dissatisfaction or return due to withdrawal
It can be carried out within seven working days, counting from receipt of the product, and the following conditions must be respected:

If the return is approved due to withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid by the customer for the original purchase in the same form of payment, in accordance with the conditions established by the partner companies. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
If the exchange or return is not approved, upon receipt of a product outside the conditions mentioned above, we will send the original product back to the customer, without any refund of shipping costs.
This type of exchange or return is only valid for purchases made through our online store.

Gift exchange
The product purchased through our online store, whose gift packaging has been requested in the “notes and special requests” field, may be subject to exchange, under the terms set out in the Exchange and Returns Policy, establishing that the product must be necessarily accompanied by
gift invoice.
Returns of products purchased as gifts are not authorized.

PRIVACY POLICY

The registration information provided to the website will be stored in a secure environment with unique and exclusive access to the company “Ana Tinelli Joias” and the partner company responsible for payment (PagSeguro) selected at the time of purchase. We do not rent, sell or share any type of personal data with third parties, except “Ana Tinelli Joias” service providers who need to have access to your personal data in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, valuing the security and privacy of our customers.
All payment transactions carried out in our online store are made through the partner company: PagSeguro. Therefore, all payment-related data is protected by the privacy policy of each of these companies, thus ensuring the security of your purchases.

 

REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION

When completing the registration, the customer has the option of accepting or not the sending of emails, letters, text messages and/or phone calls with promotions, launches and news from “Ana Tinelli Joias” and/or its partners. These emails, as well as notifications about orders and deliveries, or any other necessary information, will be sent via the address contato@anatinelli.com.br.
If you no longer wish to receive this information, simply send an email to contato@anatinelli.com.br, requesting your deletion from our registry.
